Why not just workout at my school?

We say, “Why not do both?” Our programs are designed to work in conjunction with school programs and enhance each athlete’s skills and abilities during their off season in a smaller, more personalized environment.  More personalized attention equals faster results

What is the cost?

After your assessment, your performance coach will walk you through the different packages we offer.  We offer a variety of different packages ranging from 10 to 100 packs for Youth and High School.  Adults can purchase either training or bootcamp packages based on their goals.  We are willing to work with you to select, pay for, or finance the package of your choice.

What should I expect?

Assessment

Each athlete upon registration will be guided through an assessment with one of our performance coaches.  During the assessment the coach will determine any deficiencies the athlete may have.  Once those deficiencies are determined we correct them first to establish a good foundation.

Training Sessions

Youth and Adult Sessions – 60 minutes
High School and College – 90 minutes

During your training session you are expected to work hard.  Consistent effort equals consistent results.  Your workouts will be lead by one of our performance coaches.  During each session you will be put through a wide range of speed, agility and conditioning drills, as well as weight training.

What training methods do we use?

Core Strength Training

Back, Hips, Glutes, and Abdominal Muscles.  Important for stabilization and balance so an athlete can perform at a higher level.

Agility Training

Helps an athlete apply basic speed to sport-specific movements.  We use agility ladder drills with varied steps and movements, coupled with cone drills, to enhance coordination, foot speed and the ability to function in open space.

Speed Training

We teach athletes the proper mechanics to move, accelerate, and decelerate faster.  This also helps an athlete’s neuromuscular system to improve the firing patterns of fast twitch muscle fibers
