Small Group

Adult Group Training

Adult group training is for adults who are serious about improving their athletic performance, physique and conditioning.  We take the key components from our athlete training and incorporate them into our adult training.  All of our small adult groups are lead by one of our Performance Coaches to ensure you get the results you desire.

Training Sessions

All of our adult clients participate in 60 minute training sessions.  During the sessions each adult will work in a group of their peers.  Each session is led by one of our Performance Coaches to create a training environment that is fast paced, informative and enjoyable.  Every adult will go through various strength progressions that are customized to their individual needs. Our ultimate goal is to create an environment where adults will be able to get stronger, lose weight, and increase their mobility and flexibility.

Strength Programs

At NX Level, we offer a wide variety of strength training programs that are customized to each adult's goals.  We work with each adult individually, discussing in depth with them their goals and targeting areas that need to be monitored and improved. By doing so, we’re able to prepare a program that, over time, will enhance their overall health and fitness.  No matter what your goal is, we will work with you directly to accomplish those goals in a safe and healthy environment.
