Take Your Training to the NX Level
NX Level is for athletes who are serious about improving their strength, agility, speed and conditioning -- under the watchful eye of a highly trained performance coach. It's for the athlete who wants to work out in smaller groups with varied training routines...it's for the athlete who wants to experience the same training used by athletes in college and beyond...it's for the athlete who is looking to push himself or herself by working out side by side with athletes from other sports and schools.
Our training programs take into account the uniqueness of each young or adult athlete. We adapt scientifically supported training methods most appropriate to each individual in order to increase their knowledge of their body, maximize their potential, and ensure active regeneration and recovery. Complete development of the athlete dramatically reduces the risk of injury and prepares them to compete at a higher level.
We work with each athlete individually, discussing in depth with them their sport of choice and targeting areas that need to be monitored and improved. By doing so we’re able to prepare a program that, over time, will enhance their sport performance.
NX Level uses sport performance training to help athletes achieve their goal of excelling at their sport(s) of choice. We believe that an athlete's physical preparedness enhances his or her mental image, which equates to improvement in their athletic performance.
In addition to physical preparedness, NX Level provides an environment that is intense, informative and, at the same time, enjoyable for the athlete and the performance coach. A performance coach works with the athlete every step of the way and creates an environment in which athletes can train, develop and self-monitor. In turn, this will improve the athlete’s self-confidence, training program and overall self-image.
