Our Policies

• All scheduled appointments require a 24 hour cancellation or change notice. Scheduled training sessions not attended or canceled without 24 hours notice will be forfeited 
• No refunds available on assessment fees or training packages.
• Training sessions may be transferred to immediate family members only.
• Sessions are not transferable between locations.
• If nine months have elapsed since your last workout session, all remaining unused sessions will be forfeited.
